Privacy Policy

01The short version

We collect what we need to sell you a subscription and keep it working: your WhatsApp number, what you bought, and technical data that lets your line function. We do not sell your data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not require your real name or address to provide the service.

02What we collect

• Contact details: the WhatsApp number you message us from, and your email address if you choose to use email instead.
• Order information: which plan you bought, when, the connection count, and payment confirmation details supplied by the payment method you chose.
• Account data: the credentials we issue you, and — for MAG and STB Emu users only — the device MAC address you send us, which is required to authorise the box.
• Technical data: IP address and connection logs generated when your line connects, used to enforce connection limits and diagnose faults.
• Support correspondence: the messages you send us, retained so the next person to help you has the context.
• Website analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage data about how this site is used.

03What we do not collect

We do not require your legal name, home address or date of birth. We do not store payment card numbers — we never see them. We do not track your viewing history for marketing purposes, and we do not build a profile of what you watch.

04Why we collect it

• To provide the service you paid for — creating, delivering and maintaining your line.
• To enforce the connection limit on your plan, which requires knowing how many streams are active.
• To provide support, which requires knowing what you bought and what has already been tried.
• To detect and prevent credential sharing and fraud.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply to us.

05Who we share it with

Our infrastructure providers, who host the servers your line runs on, and our live chat provider, which processes chat messages on our behalf. Both act as processors under our instruction.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, for any purpose. We disclose data to authorities only where legally compelled by a valid order, and we will tell you if that happens unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

06How long we keep it

• Connection logs: up to 30 days, then deleted. They exist to diagnose faults and enforce limits, and are useless to us after that.
• Order records: retained for the period our tax and accounting obligations require.
• Support conversations: retained while you are a customer and for 12 months after, so that a returning customer is not starting from zero.
• Account credentials: deleted when your subscription expires and is not renewed within 90 days.

07Live chat and cookies

This site uses Crisp for live chat, which sets a cookie so a conversation survives a page refresh. If you never open the chat, you can ignore it entirely.

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. Any analytics we run is configured to aggregate rather than identify.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or receive a copy of it. We honour these requests regardless of whether your jurisdiction requires us to.

To exercise any of them, email support@livestreams4u.com from the address we have on file, or message +1 (347) 676-4880 from your registered number. We respond within 30 days and usually much sooner.

09Security

Credentials are stored hashed, connections to our servers are encrypted in transit, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly and directly rather than burying it in a notice.

10Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
