01Agreement to these terms

By purchasing or using a livestreams4u subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not purchase a subscription. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where the change affects existing subscribers, communicated directly.

02What the service is

livestreams4u provides access to licensed television and on-demand content delivered over the internet. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access that content for the duration you purchased, on the number of simultaneous connections your plan specifies.

We provide the line and the infrastructure. We do not provide the internet connection, the hardware or the player application, and we are not responsible for defects in any of them.

03Your subscription and connection limits

Your plan specifies a number of simultaneous connections — the number of streams that may play at the same moment. You may install your line on as many devices as you like; the limit applies only to concurrent playback.

Exceeding your connection limit pauses the newest stream. It does not suspend your account. If you consistently need more connections, upgrade rather than working around the limit.

04Acceptable use

Your line is for personal, private viewing. The following are not permitted and will result in suspension without refund:

• Sharing, reselling or redistributing your credentials to anyone outside your household, unless you hold a reseller account with us.
• Public performance — broadcasting the service in a bar, shop, venue or any commercial premises. This requires separate commercial licensing that a personal subscription does not include.
• Recording, capturing, restreaming or otherwise redistributing content carried on the service.
• Circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, connection limits, geographic restrictions or any technical control.
• Any use that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

05Payment and renewal

Orders are agreed and confirmed through WhatsApp on +1 (347) 676-4880. Payment is taken once, in advance, for the full term you selected. There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method — your line simply expires at the end of the term unless you contact us to renew.

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and may change. The price you were quoted and paid governs your current term; a change does not affect a subscription already running.

06Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime and provision our network for peak demand. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Individual channels depend on upstream sources that we do not control and that may change, degrade or be withdrawn without notice to us.

Channel lineups change. Channels are added and, occasionally, removed. A specific channel being available at the time of purchase is not a guarantee it will remain available for your full term, though we will always attempt to provide an equivalent.

07Support

Support is provided 24/7 via WhatsApp, live chat and email at support@livestreams4u.com. We will help you configure any supported device and diagnose problems with your line. We cannot provide support for hardware faults, your internet connection, or third-party applications beyond their interaction with our service.

08Refunds

Subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before purchasing.

09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you breach the acceptable use section above, if payment is reversed or disputed after service has been provided, or if we are required to do so by a rights holder or a competent authority.

You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not itself entitle you to a refund outside the guarantee window.

10Intellectual property and rights holders

All content carried on the service remains the property of its respective rights holders. livestreams4u carries content it is authorised to retransmit and responds to every valid rights-holder notice. Our DMCA page sets out how to submit one.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events, lost data, or loss arising from the unavailability of a particular channel or programme.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment. Before commencing any formal proceedings, please contact us — the overwhelming majority of disputes are resolved in a single conversation, and we would rather have that conversation than a legal one.
